About us

GFP Deubner GmbH was founded in 2019 by René Deubner with the objective of providing the fullest possible set of top-level technical services for construction projects of all kinds.

In doing so, we want to keep the environment in mind at all times and to be able to offer our clients more environmentally-friendly alternatives to conventional construction methods.

Vita René Deubner

René Deubner gained his first professional experience in the offices of the real estate agents, CBRE, and with the real estate portfolio manager and project developer, S Immo AG, before going on to acquire professional skills in project management and technical building appraisal at GFP Enders Projektmanagement GmbH.

In 2013, together with Werner Enders, he founded GFP Real Estate Management GmbH, in which he established the field of technical services for building clients as co-founder and managing director.

Among others, René Deubner was responsible for the following projects during the past 5 years in the role of managing director or project manager:

Project management for a construction volume of over 120m €:
including the new-build of around 27,000 m² of office rental space, conversions from single-tenant to multi-tenant buildings and various Capex measures to the existing building with around 45,000 m² of rental space at Siemensdamm 62 in Berlin (a project for AXA and Caleus TechnoCampus Berlin GmbH); diverse Capex measures in the Barthonia Forum in Cologne (a project for Tristan Capital Partners); diverse Capex measures in the Sarotti-Höfe in Berlin (a project for Berggruen Holding); roof and façade refurbishment works to the Treptower buildings in Berlin (a project for AEW Europe)

 

Tenant fit-out works in over 45,000 m² of rental space:
for, inter alia, Lufthansa, Spie, VHV, SNP, Fidor Bank, Pyrexx, Arxes Tolina and Eurasia at Siemensdamm 62 in Berlin (a project for Caleus TechnoCampus Berlin GmbH); for DM, KIK, Woolworth, Palmer Hargreaves and Social Fashion in the Barthonia Forum property in Cologne (a project for Tristan Capital Partners); for Deutsche Post and Advitam at Graf-Adolf-Strasse in Düsseldorf (a project for Pure AG)
