We were commissioned to conduct technical due diligence (TDD) or green due diligence (GDD) reviews for the following properties.
We have produced TDD and GDD reviews for the newly founded company, DDC – Due Diligence Consulting GmbH, since October 2020.
Within the company, we liaise with the offices of pin – planende ingenieure GmbH for the design of technical building installations, and SBG – Sachverständigengesellschaft mbH for the planning of fire protection measures.
