TechnoCampus Berlin, new-build, Siemensdamm 62, 13627 Berlin

The existing building at Siemensdamm 62 in Berlin-Siemensstadt is being redeveloped with two office buildings accommodating around 20,000 sqm of rental space, a multi-storey car park and an underground car park in accordance with architectural designs drawn up by Tchoban Voss Architekten GmbH. The external areas, which are being redesigned by Kre_ta landscape architects, will be developed with a top-quality office campus comprising old and new buildings.
